Perfect Fit

Perfect Fit is a patented system that involves housing the blind within an attractive framework, eliminating the need to drill holes into your window frames, whilst offering a neat finish that also improves light control. There are also additional benefits in terms of it being inherently more child friendly.

Perfect Fit is available for pleated and aluminium venetian blinds.

Perfect Fit blinds, and in particular the pleated Perfect Fit blinds, are also a very flexible option. With frames that are available in White, Brown, Golden Oak, Silver and Anthracite, our Perfect Fit blinds enhance the appearance of your windows whilst providing shade & heat reflection in the summer and insulation throughout the winter.

Pleated blinds can be manufactured to open in numerous ways – top to bottom, bottom to top or as a floating top and bottom rail enabling you to choose whether to shade the top or bottom of your window as the mood takes you.

Alternatively, our Night & Day option allows you to place two fabrics within the one framework. Choose one blackout fabric (for use overnight) and one regular or patterned fabric to use throughout the day for shade and decoration without blocking out too much light.

Venetian

Venetians are available in 25mm slat widths  when fitted in Perfect Fit frames and offer a huge variety of colours and textures. Perfect Fit venetian blinds offer a greater degree of light control due to the ability to tilt the slats to suit.

Raising and lowering the blinds is done via a tabbed control eliminating the need for cords and offers improved child safety features.

Pleated

Perfect Fit pleated blinds are the ideal combination for conservatories, especially if you want to shade your conservatory roof with matching Perfect Fit International roof blinds. With a huge variety of colours and textures Perfect Fit pleated blinds are also becoming more popular throughout the home.

Opening and closing of these blinds is also via a tabbed control which is totally child friendly.

A range of performance fabrics are designed to reflect the sun whilst these blinds can also be housed within the Perfect Fit International system which is the ideal solution for conservatory roofs.

Preparing For Installation

Having ordered your new blinds you may wonder what you need to do to prepare for your installation appointment. Below are a few tips which may be helpful:

1. Remove any existing blinds to be replaced

2. Fill any old holes left by previous brackets and paint the fitting area if required

3. Remove any other obstructions as agreed with the estimator such as old phone sockets from sills, curtain tracks, dado rails, etc.

4. Ensure all installation areas are free of breakable objects

5. The fitter will require the outstanding balance to be paid to him once the installation is complete. Please have this ready to pay either by card or in cash – unfortunately cheques are not acceptable.

Answer

It is vitally important that all measuring areas have no on-going work that will affect the window blind sizes. Typically, all window sills must be fitted, plastering and tiling must be complete, and the measuring area free from wet paint. Our estimators will not measure an unfinished as it is important to us that your blinds fit perfectly.
